Seasonal Camp-Resort

Guest Policy

  • All overnight guests or daytime guests using the pool will need to check-in at the office and will need to wear wristbands throughout their stay at In The Pines.  We do understand that many of you have adult children that visit frequently.  If they are not on the lease as a dependent, meaning 17 and under then they will need a wristband.  Adults over 18 (including adult children of permanent campers) will need a wristband.  Good rule of thumb... If you don't claim them on your taxes, they aren't a dependent and will need a wristband.

  • Office hours are from 11 am – 6 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 11 am – 8 pm Friday through Saturday.  If Tenants Guests arrive after office hours, Tenant will need to contact office prior to guests visit to make other arrangements.

  • Campers are allowed to have an additional camping unit on site only twice in the season.  Guest will be charged a $25 fee to park on camper’s campsite.  Camper must notify Campground at least one week prior to a guest visiting with the camping unit.

  • Tenant is allowed to have guests of family relation stay with or without them in their camping unit.  Guests unrelated to Tenant are not allowed to reside at Tenants campsite without Tenant present during the duration of the stay.
